Day 1 | Arrive in Guangzhou: Yide Road Wholesale Market & Beijing Road Historic Street

Accommodation Accommodation:
4-star/5-star standard room
MealMeal:
Meals are flexible and can be included or excluded. When included, authentic local dining will be arranged.

Upon your arrival in Guangzhou, your private driver will meet you at Guangzhou Baiyun Airport or the railway station and transfer you directly to your carefully selected downtown hotel. Instead of staying in a modern business district far from local life, we arrange accommodation in Guangzhou's old-town area, allowing you to easily access historic streets, traditional neighborhoods, and wholesale markets. After check-in, you can take some time to relax before beginning your first taste of Guangzhou.

In the afternoon, we will take you to Yide Road Wholesale Market, one of Guangzhou's well-known commercial areas. Whether you are interested in clothing accessories, small commodities, or simply curious about Guangzhou's trading culture, this area offers a fascinating look into the city's everyday business scene.

As evening arrives, stroll along Beijing Road Pedestrian Street, where ancient roads meet modern shopping areas. Enjoy classic Cantonese snacks, browse local stores, and experience how Guangzhou blends its centuries-old history with contemporary city life.

After a day of exploration, you can return to your hotel to relax, enjoy the swimming pool, or use the fitness facilities.

Day 2 | Guangzhou: Chen Clan Academy, Shamian Island, Sacred Heart Cathedral & Pearl River Night Cruise

Accommodation Accommodation:
4-star/5-star standard room
MealMeal:
Meals are flexible and can be included or excluded. When included, authentic local dining will be arranged.

After breakfast, your private driver will pick you up from your hotel and begin a deeper exploration of Guangzhou's cultural heart. Today focuses on the city's traditional architecture, historic neighborhoods, and riverside scenery. Instead of rushing between landmarks, we arrange the route at a comfortable pace, allowing you to understand the stories behind each place.

Our first stop is Chen Clan Academy, one of the finest examples of Lingnan traditional architecture. Built in the late Qing Dynasty, this impressive complex showcases the craftsmanship of southern China through detailed wood carvings, stone sculptures, ceramic decorations, and beautifully preserved halls. Walking through the courtyards, you can imagine how generations of Chen families gathered here and discover how traditional Chinese architecture combines practicality with artistic beauty.

We then continue to Shamian Island, a peaceful riverside area surrounded by old trees and historic buildings. Once an important foreign trading area, the island preserves a unique mix of European-style architecture and Guangzhou's local atmosphere. Take a relaxing walk along the quiet streets, enjoy the beautiful surroundings, and capture some memorable photos away from the busy city center.

Later, visit Sacred Heart Cathedral, one of Guangzhou's most recognizable historical landmarks. Its Gothic architecture creates an interesting contrast with the traditional streets and local life around it, reflecting Guangzhou's role as a city where different cultures have met for centuries.

In the afternoon, we explore the old neighborhoods around Liwan District and Yongqingfang Historic District. This area offers a more authentic side of Guangzhou, with traditional Xiguan-style houses, small shops, local snacks, and renovated historic alleys where old and new lifestyles exist together.

As night falls, enjoy a relaxing Pearl River Night Cruise. From the water, Guangzhou's skyline takes on a completely different atmosphere, with the illuminated Canton Tower and riverside buildings creating one of the city's most beautiful nighttime views.

After the cruise, your driver will transfer you comfortably back to your hotel.

Day 3 | Guangzhou: Baima Clothing Wholesale Market, Xintang Jeans Wholesale Hub & Local Market Experience

Accommodation Accommodation:
4-star/5-star standard room
MealMeal:
Meals are flexible and can be included or excluded. When included, authentic local dining will be arranged.

Today offers a closer look at Guangzhou's unique commercial energy. Whether you are interested in business opportunities, local industries, or simply want to understand another side of Guangzhou beyond sightseeing, this day provides an authentic experience.

After breakfast, your private driver will pick you up from the hotel and take you to Baima Clothing Wholesale Market, one of Guangzhou's most influential fashion trading centers. Unlike ordinary shopping malls, wholesale markets here operate on a completely different scale. Walking through the busy floors filled with clothing suppliers, designers, and buyers, you can experience how Guangzhou connects local manufacturing with international markets. Our team understands that every traveler has different interests, so we can help adjust the route according to your needs — whether you want to explore fashion products, accessories, textiles, or simply observe the local business environment.

Later, continue to Xintang Jeans Wholesale Hub, a famous denim production and trading area in Guangdong. Here you can discover how one product category develops from manufacturing and design to distribution.

During the day, your driver remains available to provide flexible transportation between different market areas, allowing you to explore comfortably without worrying about navigating Guangzhou's busy streets.

After the market visits, return to your hotel for a relaxing evening. You can enjoy the hotel facilities or explore nearby restaurants and neighborhoods at your own pace.

Day 4 | Guangzhou: Yuexiu Park, Nanyue King Museum, Canton Tower & Huacheng Square

Accommodation Accommodation:
4-star/5-star standard room
MealMeal:
Meals are flexible and can be included or excluded. When included, authentic local dining will be arranged.

After several days exploring Guangzhou's commercial and cultural side, today we slow down and experience the city from a different perspective — from ancient history to modern architecture.

Your private driver will pick you up from the hotel in the morning and take you to Yuexiu Park, Guangzhou's largest urban park and one of the city's most beloved green spaces. Unlike a typical city park, Yuexiu Park combines natural scenery with centuries of history. As you walk along the peaceful pathways surrounded by hills, lakes, and gardens, you will discover the famous Five Rams Sculpture, a symbol deeply connected with Guangzhou's identity and the local legend that gave the city its nickname "City of Five Rams."

From the park, we continue to the nearby Museum of the Mausoleum of the Nanyue King. This hidden historical treasure offers a fascinating look into Guangzhou's ancient past, showcasing artifacts from the Nanyue Kingdom and revealing the city's importance as a cultural and trading center more than 2,000 years ago.

After exploring Guangzhou's history, we shift from the old city to the modern skyline. In the afternoon, visit Canton Tower and Huacheng Square, the impressive central area of Guangzhou's new CBD. Standing beside the Pearl River, you can admire the contrast between Guangzhou's traditional neighborhoods and its futuristic skyline. The area is especially beautiful in the late afternoon when the city lights gradually begin to appear.

If you enjoy shopping or modern city experiences, we can also arrange free time at Taikoo Hui, one of Guangzhou's most stylish shopping and lifestyle destinations.

To complete your Guangzhou experience, we recommend a local Cantonese dinner at a traditional restaurant. From delicate dim sum to classic Cantonese dishes, you will discover why Guangzhou is considered one of China's top food destinations.

After dinner, your driver will return you safely to the hotel.

Day 5 | Guangzhou → Foshan by Private Car: Foshan Ancestral Temple, Wong Fei-hung Memorial Museum & Lingnan Tiandi

Accommodation Accommodation:
4-star/5-star standard room
MealMeal:
Meals are flexible and can be included or excluded. When included, authentic local dining will be arranged.

After breakfast, your private driver will pick you up from your Guangzhou hotel and begin the journey to Foshan. The drive takes around 40 minutes, making the transfer smooth and comfortable. During the journey, our team will help you understand today's route and share local recommendations so you can better appreciate Foshan's unique cultural background.

Known as one of the birthplaces of Lingnan culture, Foshan has played an important role in southern China's history, especially in martial arts, ceramics, and Cantonese traditions. Your first stop is Foshan Ancestral Temple, a beautifully preserved complex combining traditional architecture, folk culture, and religious history. As you walk through the detailed decorations, ancient halls, and courtyards, you will see the craftsmanship that represents the artistic style of Guangdong.

Nearby, visit the Wong Fei-hung Memorial Museum, dedicated to the legendary martial artist who became a symbol of southern kung fu culture. Through exhibitions and displays, you can learn more about Foshan's connection with martial arts and the stories behind this famous figure.

In the afternoon, explore Lingnan Tiandi, a beautifully restored historic neighborhood where traditional Cantonese houses blend with modern cafés, boutiques, and cultural spaces. This is a perfect place to slow down, enjoy a coffee, browse local shops, and experience how Foshan preserves its old-town charm while embracing modern life.

Later, we continue to Shunde, one of Guangdong's most famous food destinations. Known as the birthplace of many Cantonese culinary traditions, Shunde offers a completely different perspective on local culture.

Enjoy an authentic Shunde-style dinner featuring fresh ingredients and traditional cooking techniques before checking into your hotel.

Day 6 | Foshan → Kaiping, Jiangmen by Private Car: Zili Village Diaolou, Chikan Ancient Town & Riverside Streets

Accommodation Accommodation:
4-star/5-star standard room
MealMeal:
Meals are flexible and can be included or excluded. When included, authentic local dining will be arranged.

After breakfast, your private driver will pick you up from your Foshan hotel and drive toward Kaiping, Jiangmen. Today's journey takes you away from the urban landscape and into the countryside of western Guangdong, where you will discover one of the region's most unique cultural stories.

Our first destination is Zili Village Diaolou, a UNESCO World Heritage Site famous for its distinctive fortified towers built by overseas Chinese communities. These unusual buildings combine Chinese architectural traditions with Western influences, reflecting the experiences of generations of Chinese immigrants who traveled overseas and later returned home to build impressive residences. Walking through the village, you will not only see the architecture but also feel the connection between local families, overseas migration history, and Guangdong's global influence.

After exploring the Diaolou, continue to Chikan Ancient Town, a charming riverside town known for its traditional arcades, old streets, and preserved Cantonese atmosphere. Take a relaxed walk along the riverfront, discover historic buildings, browse local handicrafts, and enjoy the slower rhythm of small-town Guangdong. Unlike crowded tourist destinations, Kaiping offers a more authentic experience where you can truly appreciate the relationship between people, architecture, and local landscapes.

In the evening, your driver will take you to your hotel for a comfortable rest.

Day 7 | Jiangmen → Zhaoqing by Private Car: Seven Star Crags, Zhaoqing Ancient City Wall & Paifang Street

Accommodation Accommodation:
4-star/5-star standard room
MealMeal:
Meals are flexible and can be included or excluded. When included, authentic local dining will be arranged.

After breakfast, your private driver will pick you up from the hotel and continue your Guangdong journey toward Zhaoqing. Today combines natural scenery with local history, showing you another side of Guangdong beyond its famous cities.

The highlight of the day is Seven Star Crags, one of Zhaoqing's most beautiful natural landscapes. Known for its dramatic limestone peaks, peaceful lakes, and green surroundings, this scenic area feels like a traditional Chinese landscape painting brought to life. Enjoy a relaxing boat ride across the lake, where you can admire the reflections of the mountains on the water and appreciate the peaceful atmosphere of this unique karst environment.

After enjoying the scenery, continue to explore the old city area at Zhaoqing Ancient City Wall and Paifang Street. Walking along the historic streets, you can discover traditional shops, local snacks, and regional specialties. This area provides a wonderful opportunity to experience everyday life in Zhaoqing while learning about its long history.

Before ending the day, take a relaxing walk along the Xijiang River Waterfront. The gentle river breeze and evening lights create a peaceful atmosphere after a day of exploration.

Your driver will then transfer you back to your hotel, allowing you to rest comfortably.

Day 8 | Zhaoqing → Qingyuan by Private Car: Gulong Gorge, Yuntian Boba Glass Bridge & Nine-Tier Waterfall Trail

Accommodation Accommodation:
4-star/5-star standard room
MealMeal:
Meals are flexible and can be included or excluded. When included, authentic local dining will be arranged.

After breakfast, your private driver will pick you up from your Zhaoqing hotel and begin today's journey to Qingyuan. The drive takes approximately 2 hours, and along the way, you will gradually leave the historic city landscapes behind and enter the greener mountain areas of northern Guangdong. Today's destination is Gulong Gorge, one of Guangdong's most impressive natural adventure areas, famous for its dramatic canyon scenery, waterfalls, and exciting glass attractions.

Upon arrival, our team will help arrange your entrance tickets and guide you through the most scenic route, allowing you to enjoy the experience without worrying about transportation or logistics. The highlight of today is the spectacular Yuntian Boba Glass Bridge, a 329-meter-long glass bridge suspended above the canyon. Walking across the transparent bridge, you can look down at the valley below while enjoying breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains and forests.

For travelers who enjoy unique photo opportunities, the glass viewing platforms and cliff-side walkways offer plenty of memorable moments. Standing above the canyon surrounded by mountains, waterfalls, and fresh mountain air creates a completely different experience from the busy cities of Guangdong.

After the glass bridge experience, enjoy a local farmhouse lunch near the scenic area. We recommend trying Qingyuan's famous local specialty — free-range chicken, known for its tender texture and traditional preparation methods.

In the afternoon, continue exploring the natural beauty of Gulong Gorge Nine-Tier Waterfall Trail. The walking route takes you through a peaceful rainforest valley, where you can enjoy flowing streams, lush greenery, and the refreshing atmosphere of the mountains. Unlike a fast-paced sightseeing day, we arrange enough time for you to slow down, take photos, and truly enjoy the scenery.

After the visit, your private driver will transfer you back to Guangzhou. Upon arrival, we will assist you with hotel check-in and ensure you have a comfortable evening after your outdoor adventure.

Day 9 | Guangzhou: Baomo Garden, Shawan Ancient Town & Cantonese Farewell Dinner

MealMeal:
Meals are flexible and can be included or excluded. When included, authentic local dining will be arranged.

Your final full day in Guangdong is designed at a relaxed pace, allowing you to enjoy the elegant side of Lingnan culture before departure.

After breakfast, your private driver will pick you up from the hotel and take you to Baomo Garden, a beautiful traditional Lingnan garden located in Panyu District. Unlike large imperial gardens in northern China, Baomo Garden reflects the delicate style of southern Chinese landscape design. As you walk through the garden, you will discover peaceful ponds, elegant bridges, stone carvings, traditional buildings, and carefully arranged landscapes. Every corner offers a different view, making it a wonderful place to slow down and appreciate the artistic details of Lingnan architecture.

After exploring the garden, continue to Shawan Ancient Town, a historic village with more than 800 years of cultural heritage. Walking through the narrow lanes, old houses, and traditional streets, you can experience a quieter side of Guangzhou. The town is especially known for its Cantonese folk culture, traditional architecture, and local snacks. Here, you can take your time exploring small shops, tasting local specialties, and observing daily life in an old Guangdong neighborhood.

In the evening, we arrange a farewell Cantonese dinner at a carefully selected local restaurant. It is the perfect way to end your Guangdong journey — sharing delicious food while remembering the landscapes, traditions, and experiences from the past ten days.

After dinner, your driver will transfer you back to your hotel and prepare you for your departure the next day.

Perfect Balance of Culture, Food and Nature

This was one of our favorite trips in China.
The itinerary had a very good balance. We started with the busy energy of Guangzhou, then moved into quieter places like Chikan Ancient Town and Kaiping's villages, before finishing with the amazing scenery at Gulong Gorge.
We especially enjoyed the food experiences. The Shunde dinner was unforgettable — simple ingredients but incredible flavors. We also appreciated that our driver suggested local restaurants instead of tourist places.
The best part was the flexibility. Some days we wanted to explore more, and some days we needed a slower pace. The team was very understanding and never made us feel rushed.
Highly recommended for travelers who want to see the authentic side of Guangdong.

A Perfect First Journey to China

China had been on our travel list for years, but planning a two-week trip across such a large country felt overwhelming. This tour made everything simple.
The route was excellent — Beijing and the Great Wall were incredible, Xi’an and the Terracotta Warriors were unforgettable, and Zhangjiajie was probably the biggest surprise of the trip. Seeing the mountains covered in mist felt like walking into another world.
What impressed us most was the organization. Every airport and train station transfer was arranged smoothly, and every guide was already waiting when we arrived. We never had to worry about finding transportation or buying tickets.
We especially enjoyed the slower moments in Hangzhou and Suzhou. After so many famous landmarks, walking beside West Lake and through ancient water towns gave us a completely different feeling of China.
A wonderful balance of history, nature, and culture.

Beautiful Landscapes Without the Travel Stress

Guizhou looks amazing in photos, but experiencing it in person was even better. The mountains, rivers, and waterfalls were unforgettable. What we liked most was how easy everything felt. We did not have to worry about finding buses, buying tickets, or planning routes between attractions. The team handled everything, and we could simply enjoy the views. The itinerary was full but never exhausting. A very well-designed private tour.

Thank you, Linnea. We believe a good private tour should allow guests to focus on the experience rather than the logistics. We are delighted that you could enjoy Guizhou's beauty in a comfortable and stress-free way.

A relaxed introduction to Guiyang beyond the usual tourist spots

We booked this 2-day Guiyang tour because we wanted to see more than just the famous places in Guizhou. The itinerary was very well balanced.
Qingyan Ancient Town was definitely the highlight for us — walking through the old stone streets in the morning felt like stepping into another era. We also loved Qianling Park. We didn't expect to see so many monkeys so close in a city park! Our guide explained how to enjoy the experience safely and also showed us some quieter viewpoints away from the crowds.
The private car service made everything much easier, especially because we were traveling with luggage between hotels. The team was responsive before the tour and checked in with us throughout the trip. A great way to discover Guiyang at a comfortable pace.
