How to Book the Ticket (Easy Booking Process)
Booking your Impression West Lake Show tickets with us is simple and convenient.

Before the show date, we will send you the electronic ticket QR code via email or message.
On the show day, simply open the QR code and scan it at the entrance to enter the venue directly.
No physical ticket collection is required.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Due to Weather or Unforeseen Circumstances
Impression West Lake is an outdoor performance. In case of extreme weather conditions, technical problems, government restrictions, or other unavoidable circumstances, the performance may be cancelled, postponed, or adjusted.
If the show is officially cancelled, we will assist with changing the performance date or processing a refund according to the official policy.
Customer Cancellation
Once tickets are successfully reserved, cancellation or refund requests caused by personal reasons may not be accepted.
