After the cave visit, continue to Elephant Trunk Hill, Guilin' s most recognizable landmark. Today' s highlight is the spectacular Longji Rice Terraces, one of the most beautiful agricultural landscapes in China. Built by generations of local farmers on steep mountain slopes, these terraces look like giant ribbons winding across the hills. Depending on the season, the scenery changes dramatically: spring brings freshly planted fields filled with water reflections, summer creates layers of green, autumn turns the terraces golden, and winter offers a peaceful mountain atmosphere.

Instead of only visiting the main viewpoints, your guide will take you on a more immersive walk through the village paths and terraces, allowing you to experience the landscape from different angles. You' ll have time to stop for photos, enjoy the mountain views, and appreciate the incredible effort behind this traditional farming system.

The scenery here is so iconic that it appears on the Chinese 20 RMB banknote, and it is easy to understand why generations of artists have been inspired by this landscape. The cruise offers a completely different way to experience Guilin. After arriving in Yangshuo, continue exploring this charming riverside town. Take a walk along West Street (Xi Jie), Yangshuo' s oldest and most famous street.
