Your private guide and driver will pick you up from your hotel in Beijing in the morning and drive toward Miyun District in the northeastern part of Beijing. As you leave the city behind, the landscape gradually changes from urban streets to villages, farmland, and mountain scenery. After arriving at Black Dragon Pool, begin your exploration of the scenic area. The valley is known for its combination of mountains, forests, streams, waterfalls, and pools, creating a refreshing environment that feels very different from central Beijing.
Explore the Mountain Valley
Follow the walking trails through the scenic area at a comfortable pace. Along the way, you will encounter flowing streams, small waterfalls, stone bridges, and naturally formed pools surrounded by cliffs and vegetation. The Black Dragon Pool area offers plenty of opportunities to stop for photographs and enjoy the scenery.
